Hello and thank you for choosing BMW/MINI of Sterling. My name is James "Tony" Henry, and I am the parts manager at our dealership. I have been with the BMW brand since 1987 and in management for the past 16 years. My number one focus is making sure that my team and I are treating each and every customer, as a customer, and not just a transaction. I have the privilege of working with the finest and most experienced team in the area. Making sure that we are giving out the correct parts, knowing the additional items needed to complete the job and keeping our customers informed is our primary objective.
