With four years of experience in the service department, I have built strong relationships with guests who appreciate my attention to detail and commitment to their satisfaction. I love meeting new people and sharing the excitement of owning a BMW, a brand known as "The Ultimate Driving Machine." I began my career in the automotive industry in 2018 and am grateful to work alongside such talented colleagues while serving wonderful customers. As a certified BMW Genius, I am proud to be a trusted resource for any BMW related questions. I am also multilingual and speak Farsi and English fluently, which allows me to connect with a diverse range of guests.

My buying experience with Sepehr was excellent. This was my first BMW and it was a very large purchase for me, I went to the dealership more than 6 times looking at different models and learning about options. Sepehr never lost patience with me (even though I was often asking the same thing multiple times), and he knew the answer to any question that I asked. He didn't try to push or rush me into a purchase before I was ready.
