Thank you for the overall experience. I left feeling like it was a very ‘transactional’ purchase and not so personal. Selecting a BMW was very personal for me. Building rapport with clients may result in more references. Last, when negotiating costs, I was told “the price is the price- like CARMAX- there’s no negotiating. I’m not sure Sterling BMW seeks comparison to CARMAX in any aspect. Bottom line, I did a lot of research and there wasn’t much X3 M50 inventory to negotiate for. Thanks again for the beautiful driving machine.

Sayed seemed a little shy at first so I felt like he might be a newer employee which he was but I liked that he wasn't pushy or obnoxious. He spent a LOT of time with us ensuring we found the options and color combo we preferred for our X5. He was patient and didn't make us feel rushed or obligated or as if we were wasting his time. He was willing to negotiate the numbers we wanted even though we knew they were lower than what he wanted to approach management with. He was a pleasure to work with.
