Hello, my name is Sarina, and cars have been a part of my life since childhood. Growing up with a father who worked on and LOVED cars, I was always the "little flashlight girl," right by his side. This hands-on experience sparked my love for the technical side of vehicles and fueled my passion for understanding how they run and perform. Over the years, that childhood fascination has evolved into a fulfilling career. After graduating, I made the decision to pursue my passion. My first job led me to automotive school, where I developed a particular interest in German vehicles. Today, as a Service Advisor at BMW, I’m able to help customers maintain their vehicles and keep them in peak condition. My goal is to guide you through the service process with advice and a genuine commitment to your car’s performance. Outside of work, I’m passionate about fitness, believing that the same dedication and precision required to maintain a high-performance car are essential in achieving personal goals. I strive to provide outstanding service and ensure that your experience is seamless and enjoyable, from start to finish.

She went out of her way to try and remedy a situation cause by the dealership's profit focused policy. She was the only reason I have anything good to say about Sterling BMW. I was warned to stay away and I didn't. Shame on me.

Thanks for servicing my BMW and doing the research regarding what I thought was a wireless charging pad but ended up being the additonal NFC key card. Ill be following up in the future with another service appointment and hope I am able to get you as my advisor again!
