Hello, my name is Sarina, and cars have been a part of my life since childhood. Growing up with a father who worked on and LOVED cars, I was always the "little flashlight girl," right by his side. This hands-on experience sparked my love for the technical side of vehicles and fueled my passion for understanding how they run and perform. Over the years, that childhood fascination has evolved into a fulfilling career. After graduating, I made the decision to pursue my passion. My first job led me to automotive school, where I developed a particular interest in German vehicles. Today, as a Service Advisor at BMW, I’m able to help customers maintain their vehicles and keep them in peak condition. My goal is to guide you through the service process with advice and a genuine commitment to your car’s performance. Outside of work, I’m passionate about fitness, believing that the same dedication and precision required to maintain a high-performance car are essential in achieving personal goals. Sarina was helpful. My low rating score is for this BMW location - I brought my car service to pay for unnecessary alignment. The mandatory service alert is still on my dashboard and 1 day later my windshield wiper fluid is low. So essentially I feel service was inadequate. I paid for something I didn’t need to and still have low windshield wiper fluid and a service alert enabled. I know this is an EV, however how did we miss this?
