About Sarina
Hello, my name is Sarina, and cars have been a part of my life since childhood. Growing up with a father who worked on and LOVED cars, I was always the "little flashlight girl," right by his side. This hands-on experience sparked my love for the technical side of vehicles and fueled my passion for understanding how they run and perform. Over the years, that childhood fascination has evolved into a fulfilling career. After graduating, I made the decision to pursue my passion. My first job led me to automotive school, where I developed a particular interest in German vehicles. Today, as a Service Advisor at BMW, I’m able to help customers maintain their vehicles and keep them in peak condition. My goal is to guide you through the service process with advice and a genuine commitment to your car’s performance. Outside of work, I’m passionate about fitness, believing that the same dedication and precision required to maintain a high-performance car are essential in achieving personal goals. I strive to provide outstanding service and ensure that your experience is seamless and enjoyable, from start to finish.

What separates Sarina from others I have met while a part of the BMW family has been her attention to the customer. Even when she didn't have to, she would swing by to check on me, make sure I had updates, and simply just chat about any needs or questions I would have. She also provided ideas for future visits. Because of her, I will be only using Sterling BMW in the future - great job, Sarina

Sarina was excellent in the processing of Care Care as well as for me and my elderly Mom to get in and out with a loaner car for helping make our dr appointments. It REALLY is comforting knowing I can TRUST and RELY on BMW and Sarina for great care and service!!! She even found out their were recalls and service needs I wasn’t aware of and took care of them with a phone call of comfermation! Making life reassuring I had a safe car! Sarina was great. I just did agreed with your tech analysts of the motor mount. The drop of liquid was not from the mount and failing my car cause me extend delay and was not broken
