For 29 plus years, I have been involved in many areas within the automotive sales end, and truly enjoy working with clients. I am happy to offer my many years of experience to my clients and colleagues. Customers love working with me because of my low-key disposition and integrity. Outside of work, my main hobby is on the classic car end. I lean towards Import cars, and have enjoyed vintage rallies and shows. I am currently an active judge and writer for several magazines. Our experience with Ralf was excellent. Over the past seven years, he has helped us with four BMW purchases, and we continue to appreciate his professionalism, calm manner, and straightforward approach. He is never pushy, which matters a great deal to us, and he consistently makes the dealership experience as smooth and efficient as possible. Ralf listens, responds thoughtfully to special requests, and follows through on details. He also maintains contact in a way that feels courteous and personal, whether it is a birthday greeting or a call on the anniversary of a vehicle purchase. We understand that this is part of good customer service, but it is still something we notice and appreciate. In short, Steve is the opposite of the stereotypical car salesperson.
