About Paul
I'm a Client Advisor at Sterling Motorcars, and I've been in the motor trade since 1986. Born in Chicago, but raised in Arlington, Virginia. I'm a proud graduate of Yourtown High School and have my degrees from Mary Washington. Beyond the dealerships, I'm a huge fan of the Washington Commanders, Capitals, and Nationals. My wife, Barbara, is my best friend. And, I’m a "doggie" daddy to Lacey Lou, our six-year-old black Lab/Pit mix. I'm passionate about cars, but BMW has always held a special place for me. I’m a car guy, through and through. I am also an avid scuba diver, and a bit of an adrenaline junkie. I've logged dives all over the world, from the Red Sea to Fiji, and I'm just as happy jumping out of a plane at 13,000 feet as I am diving with sharks. My customers know they can count on me. I've worked with some families for decades, even helping their adult children find the perfect car. I'm thorough, ethical, and bring a lot of energy to everything I do. I believe in taking care of my clients long after the sale, because that's where true loyalty comes from. I always tell everyone, "it's another beautiful day in paradise." I love to talk shop about cars, and also enjoy diving, golfing, and food – especially a perfectly reverse-seared American Wagyu ribeye. I make it a point to be available to my clients.

Paul was wonderful to work with. He was knowledgeable so the entire process was so easy! I came in with a plan and he executed! 10/10! He walked that entire lot with me looking several times, processed everything he had to do quickly, found a fork for my lunch (I had forgotten to eat so I started eating while we were waiting), kept me updated the entire process, took me on a test drive in a vehicle, helped set up the new car essentials, and was an overall delight to work with. You can tell he’s been through the process a time or two! I was certainly impressed that he was so thorough but quick and efficient throughout the process of trading in my car. He was literally there every step of the way for me and for that I’m grateful. I’ve never worked with someone who knew their job quite so well, kept me informed on all steps, and made the process seamless and stress free for me. Paul did such a great job! Thank you BMW for keeping the standard on how a salesman should be. I am already looking forward to working with him again once this lease is up. I’ve always loved BMW, this is my third in a row, but now I have a favorite person to work with too.
