About Paul
I'm a Client Advisor at Sterling Motorcars, and I've been in the motor trade since 1986. Born in Chicago, but raised in Arlington, Virginia. I'm a proud graduate of Yourtown High School and have my degrees from Mary Washington. Beyond the dealerships, I'm a huge fan of the Washington Commanders, Capitals, and Nationals. My wife, Barbara, is my best friend. And, I’m a "doggie" daddy to Lacey Lou, our six-year-old black Lab/Pit mix. I'm passionate about cars, but BMW has always held a special place for me. I’m a car guy, through and through. I am also an avid scuba diver, and a bit of an adrenaline junkie. I've logged dives all over the world, from the Red Sea to Fiji, and I'm just as happy jumping out of a plane at 13,000 feet as I am diving with sharks. My customers know they can count on me. I've worked with some families for decades, even helping their adult children find the perfect car. I'm thorough, ethical, and bring a lot of energy to everything I do. I believe in taking care of my clients long after the sale, because that's where true loyalty comes from. I always tell everyone, "it's another beautiful day in paradise." I love to talk shop about cars, and also enjoy diving, golfing, and food – especially a perfectly reverse-seared American Wagyu ribeye. I make it a point to be available to my clients.

Paul, Is an excellent salesperson/representative. While we all know the sale is important, customer service is not always as important to the salesperson. This is not the case with Paul he was as worried about our satisfaction with the vehicle and dealership as with making the sale.
