I was born and raised in Ghana, West Africa, and Ethiopia, East Africa. I completed my undergrad degree at Elizabeth City State University in North Carolina. A very supportive wife and a feisty daughter keep me inspired daily. Six years young in the automotive business; I learn something new every day and choose to live my life with a glass-half-full attitude. It started poorly. Neils was tied up with other customers and my new car was delivered filthy. But as my 4.5 hr. visit wore on, things got better. The car was detailed and Neils spent all the time I needed.

We purchased with Neils previously in Fairfax with our X5 and came back to the Sterling location since Neils was now there. He's the best sales person I have ever had the pleasure of working with which is partly why we came back as we were considering other brands as well. He's knowledgeable, helpful, considerate and communicates clearly. I'm considering an X6 in the future after we don't need such a large vehicle and we'll come back to Neils each time.
