I was born and raised in Ghana, West Africa, and Ethiopia, East Africa. I completed my undergrad degree at Elizabeth City State University in North Carolina. A very supportive wife and a feisty daughter keep me inspired daily. Six years young in the automotive business; I learn something new every day and choose to live my life with a glass-half-full attitude. Thoughtful, friendly and professional. He did his best to anticipate and manage the process efficiently so we could get on the road back to Philly. Unfortunately, issues with the BMW website& app held us up and the Dealers tech Genius employees were not available. Neil’s said he would follow up with us on a video call to resolve.outstanding issues.
