Hi! I’m Melissa Fincham, and I would like to personally welcome you and thank you for choosing BMW/MINI of Sterling! I have had the pleasure of working for this amazing company since August 2007. Every year, every position and every promotion has come with considerable growth and experience. My automotive industry knowledge and ability to excel at anything are what I am most proud of. I am incredibly family-oriented, and I love animals. I enjoy spending my free time with family, swimming, traveling, trying delicious food, and watching movies. No response to customer’s email and phone call after leasing. The license plate came in delayed for 3 months after I paid local DMV making a new license plate. No any dealer response and updates. The temp license plate expired twice. Not recommended dealer for any new customers.
