Mauricio, is far and away among the very best Advisors I've worked with, and I've dealt with plenty at Audi, BMW, Porsche, Ducati, Mercedes and Ferrari. He is a fantastic representative, and adivsor that is acute, tenacious and HUMBLE. Trust me I've dealt with some advsors that acted arrogant and condescending., Mauricio is NOT THAT GUY. Also, I now run an Ai Driven, Digital Marketing Agency and have employees of my own. Your man, Mauricio, he gets its it. Let's get him on the fast track to something more, he's a man worth promoting. Always great service from Mauricio. I’ve own BMWs for 30 years now and this version is getting older w/100K miles on it so I’m on top of when upkeep is becoming too much and the car needs to be replaced. Mauricio is sensitive to my situation and willing to discuss the repair options available.

Mauricio always does a fantastic job. I am always pleased with his focus on the customer experience and support. However the dealership needs to make loaner or rental vehicle reservations much easier for the customer and notify them when the requested loaner is not available. The dealership is spending a lot of money on Uber/Lyft vouchers.
