I started in the car business 3 years ago in sales. I really enjoy working with people from all walks of life and assisting clients in bringing home their dream vehicle. As I progressed in sales I started forming more of a passion for the service side of the Dealership. Being able to make clients smile and care for their investments is something i truly enjoy doing. I have recently joined the Amazing Service team here at BMW-MINI of Sterling. I look forward to delivering world class service every day to my clients

Julie is an excellent service advisor. I was referred to Julie by another very happy client of hers. She handled the service (my first with BMW Sterling) on time and without almost any hitch. The mechanic/tech forgot to change out the spark plugs on my M-8 Competition which clearly was part of this service, so she immediately ran the car right back to service and got it done quickly and efficiently.
