I started in the car business 3 years ago in sales. I really enjoy working with people from all walks of life and assisting clients in bringing home their dream vehicle. As I progressed in sales I started forming more of a passion for the service side of the Dealership. Being able to make clients smile and care for their investments is something i truly enjoy doing. I have recently joined the Amazing Service team here at BMW-MINI of Sterling. I look forward to delivering world class service every day to my clients

I would like to speak to my experience on my first visit to the BMW service center of Sterling. This dates back from the visit that this feedback is for, but the history and context is important. I have historically gone to the Fairfax service center, but after moving, I visited the Sterling service center. Upon arriving, there was a lot of confusion and a lack of coordination from the service advisors, which resulted in me waiting for 30-minutes. I was patient, but it was the most amount of time I had ever waited to check in with someone. Julie noticed me and immediately approached me to help. She asked the right questions, immediately took care of the oil service I came for, and apologized on behalf of the service center staff for the wait and lack of coordination. It was evident that I should have been waiting for 30-minutes and this was the result of other team members not doing a good job. Ever since that visit, I know that when I show up to the BMW service center of Sterling, I have to look for Julie. That is what I did last time, and I was pleased with her support and recommendations. Julie was attentive, professional, sharp, but most important of all caring about the customer (me). I think Julie does a great job at connecting with customers that are looking for service and I commend her for being authentic and coming across as someone who is willing to help and doing her best for you to have a quick and seamless experience. Julie followed up, shared her card, and made an impression on me. The next time I visit for any type of service, I will be looking for her again.
