I started in the car business 3 years ago in sales. I really enjoy working with people from all walks of life and assisting clients in bringing home their dream vehicle. As I progressed in sales I started forming more of a passion for the service side of the Dealership. Being able to make clients smile and care for their investments is something i truly enjoy doing. I have recently joined the Amazing Service team here at BMW-MINI of Sterling. I look forward to delivering world class service every day to my clients

Julie is fantastic! Always meets me with a smile and ready to assist with any question. The reason behind me bringing my car in for service was due to a recall issued by BMW. Julie easily explained the cause for the recall and had it resolved within 24 hours. She quickly set me up with a rental for the day and the entire experience was not an inconvenience at all but could easily have been. Thank you!
