I started in the car business 3 years ago in sales. I really enjoy working with people from all walks of life and assisting clients in bringing home their dream vehicle. As I progressed in sales I started forming more of a passion for the service side of the Dealership. Being able to make clients smile and care for their investments is something i truly enjoy doing. I have recently joined the Amazing Service team here at BMW-MINI of Sterling. I look forward to delivering world class service every day to my clients

I brought my Bmer in for a recall repair and opted to wait. Julie got me processed in quickly with the help of the garage crew, let me know what was being done and about how long it would take. It ended up taking a bit longer than expected, but Julie kept me updated and I even had time to pick up a couple things from the parts department. It was a positive experience.
