About Jetarine
My name is Jetarine but go by Jett (yes like a plane). I'm Thai and Laos but was born in Reston and now live in Leesburg. For the past three and a half years, I’ve had the pleasure of working as a Client Advisor and Finance Manager, and I’m proud to bring that experience to BMW of Sterling. I speak Thai, Laos, Spanish, and English, and I’m passionate about providing honest guidance and a great experience for my clients. Many of them tell me they’ll be back because I stay with them every step of the way, even after the sale. Outside of work, I’m very family-oriented and love spending time with my two pitbulls. I’m a former powerlifter, which have taught me discipline, dedication, and resilience, values I carry into everything I do. I also enjoy cooking, staying active, keeping things organized, and sadly binging Netflix shows. I’d describe myself as reliable, funny, and straightforward, and I always enjoy a good conversation about life or a good challenge, whether in the gym or helping someone find their perfect car.

I can't say enough good things about Jett, our BMW Client Advisor, who guided me through ordering, purchasing, and taking delivery of my wife's new iX3. From our first interaction, Jett was knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Ordering a new vehicle can involve a lot of waiting, but Jett kept us informed at every stage, answered every question promptly, and made the entire process feel effortless. The paperwork was handled efficiently and transparently, with no surprises. On delivery day, Jett took the time to thoroughly walk my wife through the iX3's features, technology, and charging, making sure she was completely comfortable before she drove away. It was clear he takes real pride in his work and in his clients' satisfaction. Jett represents the level of professionalism and care you hope for from a premium brand. Absolutely perfect! This is the second automobile that I've gotten through Jet in the past 4 months . He is fantastic to work with; he's very knowledgeable about the product line, very thorough with the paperwork and he is personable. Jet takes the edge out of buying or leasing a vehicle.

Jett was personable, patient, and informative He seems to know how much detail to give without it being too much. I've never worked with a salesperson who is so NOT like a car salesperson, in a very good way. He didn't pressure me to make a decision, and spent much time on the phone with me before I even came to the dealership. I'd recommend him to any of my friends.

He was patient and fun to work with- very knowledgeable- he was willing to sit and explain every feature I needed to get started - he worked with us along side Adam to make sure we received the best deal for our trade in and was there for us every step of the way. He even talked shop with my teenage son and showed him how to help me learn and love my new m5 touring!!! Our family has always had a deep love of cars- he found a way to wrap everything we were looking into the perfect machine! Jett made the buying process easy. He was quick to turnaround vehicle options that were available and very close to my 'dream build.'
