Hi! I’m Jeff Shade, and I have worked in the automotive service industry since 1984. I spent the majority of my career as a technician. I was also a Shop Foreman for 10 of those years. I have been a Service Manager for the last five years until joining the team at BMW of Sterling. Making customers happy is one of my passions, and I work extremely hard to exceed their expectations. When it comes to explaining repairs, I’m excellent at that job due to being a technician for many years; however, I broke my arm and can no longer work on vehicles, but I still share my knowledge with guests. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, listening to music, and sports. I’m a big fan of hockey and the Boston Bruins.

The support system your dealership delivers is excellent. Starting with Mr. Jeff Shade, Service Advisor, the mechanics who work on our car, and the people at the loaner desk . . . excellent people representing this Mini dealership. Mr. Shade is the face of your company. He is the person from your company that interacts with me. As such, I cannot think of a better representative. His knowledge and considerate demeanor augurs well for continued loyalty to your dealership. His reputation with customers is de facto your company's reputation with customers. It is excellent.

Jeff was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable on all my questions asked. He send text messages regarding what was going on with my car and took care of me when it was time to pick it up. He also sat me up with a rental to use until my car was ready. I was very pleased.
