About Ethan
In the fall of 2022, I began my journey into the car business. I started in the service call center where I gained a general understanding of how things work and quickly realized how highly set the expectations were. After about 7 months, I transferred to the loaner department where the pace picked up fairly quickly. Shortly after, I entered the BMW Genius program where I help guide those who have trouble understanding the vehicles technology. Today, I manage the loaner department and also have a big role in the BMW Genius field. I am grateful for the opportunities that I was given and am super thankful for everyone that I have met along the way. I hope to continue my path in this field for many years to come and I look forward to assisting those who need the proper guidance and knowledge that I can provide.
