For the past fourteen years, I've had the pleasure of serving as a Customer Service BMW Client Advisor, based in Montgomery Village, Maryland. I bring a blend of experience and enthusiasm to every interaction. I am committed to listening to your needs in the car buying process. I am passionate about my work in sales and enjoy working as a team. Outside of helping clients, I'm happily married to my wife Jackie from the Philippines and we have one son, Kristoffer. I hold an MBA, am an avid reader and enjoy playing table tennis. I'm also a licensed Tips Instructor for Alcohol Awareness, certified in all fifty states, and a Food Handling Instructor. I've been recognized in the top 5% of BMW and MINI sales nationwide, and I’m proud to represent Passport Auto. When not at work, I like discussing the stock market and the economy. My background has taken me to places like LA, San Francisco, Palm Springs, NY, PA and Florida. I enjoy working at Sterling Motorcars.

My experience was successful and easy with Errol. He answered all of my questions promptly, but without pressure. He was pleasant during the test drive. He worked with me to complete sales transaction remotely with no complications or delays. He even traveled to my home to bring the car to me for my convenience. Highly recommend.
