Welcome! I’m Devon Hess, a Service Advisor who joined the auto industry in 2012. I’m known for stepping up to any challenge with confidence! I studied at Arizona State University and am a big fan of all things automotive, especially European Luxury. My partner and I are soon to be wed, and we’re coming up on 8 years! We have two four-legged kids, Jake and Charlie. When I’m not relaxing at home, I enjoy being out spending time with friends, can usually be found at a local brewery or around a fire pit in the fall. I also love taking trips to visit family in Las Vegas. To me, Vegas is more than a tourist attraction; it’s a second home, and I love the mountain scenery and Red Rock National Park. While at home in VA, you can catch me at Cars and Coffee on Sunday Mornings. Brewery’s and BMWs are my favorite topics, so feel free to strike up a conversation. I take great pride in my customer satisfaction. Please stop by and see me! I’m always ready to step up and exceed your expectations!

Great experience! I needed to have my car’s speedometer adjusted to meet U.S. requirements before importing it, and Devon was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He made everything easy and straightforward.

I am from South Carolina and was stranded with a damaged tire. Your dealership responded and had me back on the road the next morning. Great Job!!

I'm just seeing the survey. Service was from May 2026. The reason why I brought the car in for service WAS NOT FIXED!! That is not on Devon. The survey is missing the point. Devon is cool with me but this is not personal nor addresses the real question(s): Was your car or problem fixed and are you satisfied?
