I'm excited to (re)introduce myself as I return to Sterling Motorcars for my second chapter, beginning June 2024. With over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, my journey has come full circle, and it’s an honor to be back where it all began in 2004! Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible teams and achieving some unforgettable milestones — from leading the nation’s top-performing MINI dealership two years in a row to earning multiple BMW Center of Excellence awards. But more than awards, what drives me is building strong, lasting relationships — with my staff, our clients, and the community we serve. I believe leadership starts with trust, grows through loyalty, and is fulfilled by watching others succeed. Investing in my team’s growth and creating a culture of excellence is what I’m most proud of. Outside of work, I stay active through golf, brisk walks, and weight training. I was lucky enough to attend both the 2023 Ryder Cup in Rome and the Masters in Augusta — unforgettable experiences for sure! I’m also fluent in Korean and love talking about sports, health, and family with clients and colleagues alike. Driven by a passion for excellence and a deep commitment to people, I look forward to continuing to serve our clients and team with energy, integrity, and heart. Thanks for visiting our site.
