About Carlos
Thank you for choosing BMW of Sterling. My name is Carlos and I started my position as a Service Advisor in November of 2017 with BMW; I have been in the auto industry for 5 years now. I am determined to offer my customers the best service and to work with them so they get the most out of their visit and leave satisfied. I enjoy listening to music, going out with friends, watching sports, and playing them in my free time. I always love spending time with my wife and our daughter. We love to travel and discover new things, as well as just stay at home and relax. I have a great sense of humor and am always looking to have a good time. I enjoy working with all of my customers and am always finding a way to help someone out. I look forward to working with you here at BMW of Sterling and getting you the service that you need.

He is very polite, and keeps in touch with you during the time your car is in the shop.
