Hi, I'm a Service Advisor at Sterling Motorcars. I've been in the area for two years, originally from Westminster, MD. Before joining the team, I studied at Johnson & Wales University and also spent time in Guatemala. I have certifications in culinary arts and life coaching, and I'm proud to have received an award for leadership in my coaching work. My approach to customer service is built on genuine connection. I believe in taking the time to really get to know people – asking how they are, how I can support them, and even chatting about movies, books, or whatever they feel comfortable sharing. I work hard to create a positive environment within our team, and I love that we support each other throughout the day. Our community feels close-knit and supportive, both within the workplace and beyond. I'm passionate about helping customers achieve their goals for their vehicles and providing them with a service experience that makes them want to return. Ultimately, I want people to love driving their cars. In my free time, you'll find me watching movies, listening to music, relaxing by the water, or spending time with family and friends.

Thank you so very very much Candice for your professionalism, attention to detail, patience, carefully listening, complete knowledge of your products nd service, friendly and personable attitude when I came in to have my car serviced. She has without a doubt increased my confidence and trust in BMW Service. I was so impressed that I had to speak to the service Manager, Vanessa whom I worked with before and hold profound respect and admiration for to tell her the outstanding job that Candice performed for me. Candice handled my service in an exceptional manner by keeping me abreast of the update and kept me informed of any changes. She advised me of the outcome and explained the charges step by step. She was very respectful and considerate that I needed my car serviced to be able to travel the next day to PA for my brothers funeral. She provided me with the current status and outlined my options. Advised me of a service that BMW partners with to help assist in the cost of the service, which came in handy. I just can't say enough at how satisfied and pleased I was with the service department under the guidance of Vanessa the Service Mgr., the key reason her department have returning customers like me. Vanessa's amazing leadership and interpersonal interactions clearly shows the reason why her staff and customers are happy. The success of a team comes from the leadship. Candice immediately stood out to me upon my arrival, and consistently throughout was professional and it was evident that she cares about the customers. The customer service and support that I received is'nt just great training, or believing in the company's mission of excellence but it has to come naturally from within. Thank you BMW for an outstanding team of representatives and the hard work that they do that they make it seem effortless. I will continue telling my family and friend who are BMW owners my personal experience with BMW of Sterling, VA service departments performance of excellence.
