Hi, I'm a Service Advisor at Sterling Motorcars. I've been in the area for two years, originally from Westminster, MD. Before joining the team, I studied at Johnson & Wales University and also spent time in Guatemala. I have certifications in culinary arts and life coaching, and I'm proud to have received an award for leadership in my coaching work. My approach to customer service is built on genuine connection. I believe in taking the time to really get to know people – asking how they are, how I can support them, and even chatting about movies, books, or whatever they feel comfortable sharing. I work hard to create a positive environment within our team, and I love that we support each other throughout the day. Our community feels close-knit and supportive, both within the workplace and beyond. I'm passionate about helping customers achieve their goals for their vehicles and providing them with a service experience that makes them want to return. Ultimately, I want people to love driving their cars. In my free time, you'll find me watching movies, listening to music, relaxing by the water, or spending time with family and friends.

Perfect. Candice is an excellent service advisor. She's personable, knowledgeable, accommodating, thorough, and clearly enjoys what she does. I was preparing to go on a multi-state trip after a particularly cold winter and called to ask her opinion about an issue in my car and was concerned about the long drive. She knew exactly what my car needed, made arrangements for a loaner and had my car in for diagnosis and out the next day and on my way safely. I travel interstate a lot and it's a huge relief to be able to rely on such a responsible and smart service advisor!
