Berk was a referral from one of my sons BMW contacts (NY) and was wonderful from beginning to end. Because I was 3 hours away my son asked and he sent a full walk around video and detailed pictures. He answered all questions and was very knowledgeable. He’s definitely a car guys, car guy. My son (BMW car guy) drove me to BMW of Sterling to drive and ultimately purchase my car. He and Berk talked BMWs in detail while I was waiting to go in the business office. Tim did my paperwork, he was wonderful too. He is also, very knowledgeable about BMWs.
