I have been in the automotive industry for over ten years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It feels great working for the Sterling Motorcars family, having joined in January 2023. My passion for cars started at a young age, and I have since developed a vast knowledge of the latest models, features, and technologies. I enjoy mountain bike riding, car detailing, and trying new restaurants and foods with family and friends in my free time. I'm also a huge fan of soccer. My overall experience was excellent. Assad recognizes me, gives me good advice, and sees to it that I can go home by Uber to care for my handicapped husband while the car is serviced. He knows who I am which is already a big thing but he also makes sure I am taken care of the best way possible.

My BMW had an issue with the AC which no one seemed to be able to diagnose . I was referred to Assad and he did an excellent job as we were able to get an answer to the issue . The vehicle has had issues however Assad saved the day for me. He communicated with me at every step on the repair and worked with an extended warranty to actually save money on the repair.
