I have been in the automotive industry for over ten years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It feels great working for the Sterling Motorcars family, having joined in January 2023. My passion for cars started at a young age, and I have since developed a vast knowledge of the latest models, features, and technologies. I enjoy mountain bike riding, car detailing, and trying new restaurants and foods with family and friends in my free time. I'm also a huge fan of soccer. As a service advisor, I aim to ensure our guests have the best experience, so I'm always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assad Ahmed provided an excellent service experience and is the main reason I selected a 10, meaning I am very likely to recommend BMW. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and kept me informed throughout each of my services. Assad took the time to clearly explain what was being done with my vehicle, answered my questions, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. I never felt rushed or left wondering about the status of my vehicle. His communication and attention to customer service made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Assad represents the level of service I expect from BMW, and I would be happy to work with him again and recommend him to others. Note: This is not to take away from everyone else at the dealership as everyone has been great to work with!

Assad went above and beyond - my daughter accidentally pumped the wrong fuel which prompted me to involve my insurance. Assad was very helpful during the entire process. He even drove my car the day before releasing it to make sure it’s working out well. He deserves a kudos for this.

I have been going to BMW Sterling for my car service and state inspections ever since I bought my car there 8 years ago. Service has been consistently excellent, especially since Assad became my service advisor. Assad is always helpful, takes the time to explain recommended versus required services, and is never pushy, something I genuinely appreciate. When I took my car there for service recently, Assad went above and beyond, ensuring I had a loaner car and worked directly with DOWC to get the majority of my repair costs covered under the extended warranty, saving me nearly $2,000! The car has been running great ever since and with the free car wash each time, I feel like I am driving a new car every time I pull out of the lot. I highly recommend Assad and BMW Sterling to anyone looking for a dealership they can trust!
