I have been a Client Advisor with Sterling Motorcars for the past year. Growing up in Maryland, I graduated from Wootton High School and earned my degree from the University of Maryland. I am fluent in Korean and take pride in helping our local community find the right vehicle. My approach to business is simple: I prioritize active listening to ensure I understand exactly what you need. I believe in being easy to work with and never pushy, as I want the car-buying experience to be comfortable and straightforward. Outside of the dealership, you will most often find me driving, listening to music, or singing along to my favorite tracks. I am also a devoted pet parent to my Rottweiler, Saint who is a constant companion in my life. Excellent. From the moment he picked up the phone when I called the dealership to his call an hour after I drove off the lot to ensure I got home safe, Arthur was attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable about the cars. He took the time to learn about me, my family, my hobbies, and even watched the walkthrough of our haunted yard attraction we put on for Halloween. The icing on the cake was a small gift of a key fob cover as we’d joked about how beat up the key fob from my trade had become.
